Waiting on my plates

I ordered Fiesta dishes: one tree-shaped plate and two Christmas lunch plates on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23. The next Wednesday, Nov.29, I received my order. I was very happy, such quick service! then, I opened the box: one Fiesta Christmas Tree-shaped plate and two white bowls. I didn’t order the bowls. I called the number on the shipping form, and after 20 minutes of being asked whether I ordered furniture or a mattress, I found a human being. I don’t want two white Fiesta bowls I want the lunch plates. It seemed that everything had been worked out and I would receive the two Christmas lunch plated soon. It’s been 16 days. I need the current status on the Fiesta Christmas tree lunch plates.
