not as expected

runs big and doesn't look like the picture. I have been unsuccessful in returning the item after physically going to 3 different Macy's stores. Was told I purchased through a third party (payment was made to Macy's) and would have to reach out to third party. I'm no longer ordering anything from Macy's online.
