NOT A RECLINER

The chair is beautiful and comfortable, and the white glove delivery and assembly were perfect. However, if you're looking for a recliner in which you can fully recline, this is not the chair for you. It goes back less than 45 degrees. I even had a service tech come and check if it could go back further, and it cannot due to some welded piece. Overall, it's a very nice chair, just not a "real" recliner, in my opinion.

Worthless

I ordered 4 of these chairs. First delivery 3/4 broken. Returned the entire shipment. 2nd delivery today first chair comes off the truck in an opened box that wasn't for the chair with a greasy dirty raggy moving blanket thrown over it. Back had leather worn off and loose stitching. I didn't even bother looking at the rest because who sends out an order like this. I am so disgusted. Sales women didn't call back or respond to messages. Two days wasted waiting to receive a pile of garbage. Why can't they check the merchandise before they send it out

Comfortable Stylish Easy Chair Alternative

This is a comfortable, stylish alternative to a traditional 'easy chair' for a small living room. The ottoman does make it take more floor space, but it can be moved out of the way, when needed for more space. My husband fell in love with the chair immediately when first tried it at the store. Now he looks forward to sitting in it every morning for a cup of coffee and every evening after work. Says it gives great back support for his lower back pain. Lovely dark brown leather and wood frame, with lighter stitching giving visual interest. Pivots back and around smoothly.

Bad Service and Missing Parts

ALREADY RETURNED THE CHAIR - THE FIRST TIME THEY DELIVERED IT - IT WAS MISSING PARTS THEN THEY REPLACED IT BUT IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE . NO PROPER INSTRUCTION TO PUT IT TOGETHER AND THE SCREWS ARE VERY SMALL TO ASSEMBLE . BAD DESIGN AND PRODUCT. I ALREADY RETURNED FEW DAYS AGO - NO CONFIRMATION FOR RETURNED AND WAITING FOR CREDIT

Do not buy

We bought this two years ago. Within six months the color started to fade on the arms where my husband put his arms. Then about nine months ago the leather split on both arms where the leather is joined. A waste of money.

Proceed with caution

I loved this chair. It was so comfortable. I have had it just over a year, 9.4.23 purchase date, it was delivered several weeks later. It just started making a very loud popping noise upon reclining and was leaning to the right. I called and they sent a tech out to fix it. He tightened the bolts on 10.1.24. Tonight 10.3.24 I sat down and went to recline only to almost fall out of the chair onto the floor. Apparently he over tightened something and the wood support broke! Now I get to wait until 10.9.24 for a tech to come tell me its broken! If they can order the part it will be 4 weeks, then I make another appointment once part arrives for installation. If it can't be repaired, I have to order a new chair. I really like this chair but I am afraid to order another one based off the reviews. I'm sad and have no chair to sit in while being sad. This chair was too expensive to break down this soon!

Problem with furniture when delivered

Two chairs with ottoman was purchased. First delivery came one set was damaged at the base of the chair and at the base of the ottoman. Kept one set sent the other back with the delivery driver. The chair that was kept had a arm rest that was not able to be lined up correctly. Our sales person Lina Y. Ordered two replacement sets. Those sets were delivered yesterday and one chair had to be returned because the hole for the arm rest did not line up for the screw alignment. Our sales person Lina Y was notified (by the way Lina Y has been great to work with). We're waiting to hear when the next delivery is. I hope that the third delivery will have a chair that assembles correctly and I will be a happy customer.

Recliners are comfortable but one was delivered 2 times with little damage.
