Stainless steel is old school , but safe, scrubbable, and easy to cook with on gass stoves.My purchase was for a family member too young to know the history of farberware's strong global reputation but he does know now! And the price was very reasonable.

The glass lid is useful to observe the cooking process, however, it's easy to burn one's hand by touching the metal handle if you attempt to lift the lid with out a hot pot holder.

I love this brand of cook ware. My old set was the same (Millennium) except with the non stick coating and it is over 20 years old. I passed the complete set, down to my son & his wife. They love it! I wanted to try the set without the coating. I love really love the design of this set & the deeper skillet. I highly recommend this brand. No matter what way you go. They stand the test of time.

Stainless with Non-stick = Perfect

Only reason this is 4 stars is because I really wish there were more size options for pans. I had to order "other" brands to get the sizes I needed and It'd be nice if the handles did not get extremely hot. I absolutely love the stainless with non-stick.

My millennium purchase

Not what I expected. I was wanting the old version. The cover on pan does not seal. The small pan topples over! The handles and grip for lids gets so hot. No protection. I like the heat distribution in cooking. The space on the end of handles is not smooth which causes abrasions. One of the lids was dented. The packaging was absolutely scientifically amazing! Easy to unpack once I thought to turn the box upside down and let gravity work. Again, very pleased with the way things cook!☺️Thank you!

Sliver paint striping of from the inside

After one use and cleaning the big pot I noticed the sliver on the inside of the pot isn’t stainless steel but sliver coat, now the inside of my soup pot has two different colors sliver and gray.

Love the new Farberware style

The Millennium Stainless cookware is a good fit in the newer style kitchen cabinets. Also love the welded handles. No more tightening handles like on my 30+ Classic Farberware. This new style needs a 3qt saucepan styles like the 1 and 2qt ones though.
