Interior surface not great.

The size and handle are perfect. However, the cooking surface is not the best. I fried two eggs and they totally stuck to the pan. I tried with a light olive oil prep to cook the eggs, that was better but when I flipped the eggs for over easy they stuck to the pan.

Best cookware ever!

I bought 2 of these pots to go along with a 7 piece set I bought for my daughter and son-in-law. According to them…these are the greatest cookware they have ever used and these pots are the most used. Love them!
