Bookshelve

I ordered a bookshelf, but it turned out to be the wrong size. I reached out to customer service multiple times but didn’t receive a proper response. Macy’s customer service has been truly disappointing. I explained my situation to the representative, mentioning that I don’t have a car to transport the package and that, being alone at home, I’m unable to carry it myself. I requested they send someone to pick up the package, but the response I received was that it’s a third-party seller, and they couldn’t assist. They told me I’d either have to contact the seller directly or drop off the package myself. I was shocked to hear this, especially after explaining my circumstances. To make matters worse, the seller’s contact number they provided is incorrect—it just disconnects the call. I will never shop at Macy’s again and wouldn’t recommend it to my friends or family.
