missing part

this company does not respond no communication with Macys online and no response from the company do not buy products from this company

Missing parts no contact

I have called Macy’s 49ers to try and get parts missing one of the legs the reps don’t understand English and all they say you want refund the product is all the way put together except legs also the back comes apart with any movement so need to secure with tape. Very disappointing that all numbers given do not belong to Company. Nice piece disappointed in not being able to get parts

I rate your service with one big zero. We ordered a wardrobe on 11.25.2024 order number 4527850819, we still haven't received it and we urgently need it for our newborns.
