Terrible Service

The item came broken. Macy’s customer service is no help. They want to charge a restocking and shipping fee when it came broken. Macy’s said to wait until the company that shipped it to contact me, so far nothing. How am I going to return 2 heavy bulky box? I literally opened the box 30 minutes after it arrived and called customer service within an hour. This piece is some trash and customer service is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and skip this.
