Bad quality

The zipper is very thin and flimsy. Zipper pull broke apart when I was zipping the backpack closed. Now it has a sharp edge to it. My 7 year old only used it a handful of times for to carry jacket and stuffed animals. I have never had an instance where a zipper break like that. The rest of the backpack is very thin and so I doubt it'll last but can't return it now.

poor made bag

poorly made , after one month of use. It was used by a 1st grader no heavy books or items and broke.

Beautiful but straps tore off quickly

This backpack is beautiful but is very poor quality. The seams from the straps came apart only weeks after using and the straps tore off. Very disappointed in this purchase.

this was a purchase for my niece the strap broke after 4 days I do not recommend buying this bag

AWFUL, would give less than 1 if possible.

Strap broke after 3 days of use. My daughter is not hard on her items. Don't buy it. She was so disappointed because she loved the design.
