Small problem with scale due to design

It is a nice scale but it does have a drawback, especially for my husband and maybe even myself. The scale sort of lies toward you when you step on it. It’s at a slant. My husband has very bad balance as do I end it may be a problem for him he loses his balance easily and I and see him falling backward off of it. Mind you, we are both elderly people. I intend to take it to this Macy’s and return it and find another one.

Batteries failed after 1 week

Need to send extra batteries as ones included failed after 1 week and need to reimburse me for cost of new ones

Not good

It is not what I was expecting it does work properly it gives a lot of different reading not accurate every time. Wrong reading waste of money

Worth a try... great large numbers

This scale was pretty accurate and loved the large numbers for my senior mom. However, I had to return it as the top has an angle and your feet cannot face front. It was just too much of a fall hazard for her to risk it.
