inconsistent sizes

Sizing is really incorrect! A size 8 in the same shoes won’t fit the same. Some are bigger, some are smaller. It’s truly a gamble if it will fit the size chart. If the shoe does fit, I like it, but I’ve tried 5 different orders trying to get the shoes to fit and so far they’re all different. So sad because I just want a pair that fits. Inconsistent sizing

runs small

I thought my normal size 9 and they’re about a half size too small, and these don’t come in half sizes, so I’m just stuck with a shoe that’s just a little too small.

Lost a customer due to bad service

Horrible customer service. They never answered me when my order got lost. I placed a large order and after it did not arrive I was ghosted. Where is your customer service?

Thought it would would work as a chunky walking shoe in NYC. Not supportive. Okay for short distances, though.
