Did not receive it

I’ve been waiting for this speaker for so long just for it to not get delivered to my house! I was so excited that I got a good deal on this speaker but after I tracked the location it said it was delivered somewhere in New York! I don’t even live in New York I literally live in Connecticut. So I wasted my money and time for this speaker and I haven’t gotten my refund yet. I was a little scared about ordering it because it didn’t have any reviews literally don’t buy anything that doesn’t have reviews. I am so upset with this whole situation.
