It’s working!
I’m two months in now taking this and my sleep has improved tremendously and my night sweats and hot flashes are almost non existent it’s really helped me. I also take the estroven complete and have been taken that for over a year but I have noticed a huge change with the Sleep Cool.

I’m finally sleeping again!
I have had the worst sleep pattern for the past few years thanks to perimenopause. I didn’t have a problem falling asleep but I woke up constantly and was wide awake from 3am on. My Dr suggested this product and at first I was skeptical bc the only thing I ever take in life is aspirin. Well, I have been sleeping like a charm for the past month! I would get a little warm at night too, but not since I started taking this. It’s been a godsend and I actually feel like myself again in the morning. I highly suggest this product to any woman who was struggling at night like I was. It absolutely works for me!!! I couldn’t be more thankful for this product…and finally sleeping through the night!

No listing of potential side effects
If in fact this product was tested for 12 weeks, than you should post that there were no side effects noted or if in fact there were at least one person that had a side effect to the medication, that should be on record. Since taking this product, I have been getting dizziness while bending over, if I lean my head back or lean right or left, i immediately I get dizzy and then immediately after, headache & nausea I did not want to give this review any star at all, but unfortunately you have to give at least one.

Life changing!
I was experiencing 12-14 hot flashes a day. I was sleep deprived and my anxiety levels were at an all-time high. It was seriously impacting my quality of life. I cannot take hormones so I tried this product. By day 16, I was down to about 3 hot flashes a day and by day 21, I had an entire day and night without a single hot flash and I’m sleeping soundly through the night. I know results can vary but I highly recommend giving this a try if you’re experiencing these symptoms!

Better Sleep
I bought this product about two weeks ago. I was not sleeping for the last month. I was waking up every hour with hot flashes. The first day I took this product I work up about 2 times with hot flashes. About a week and 1/2 I feel that I am getting a better night sleep. I don't feel exhausted due to the lack of sleep.

100% Relief
I am a true pessimist when trying any product, but I have to say this worked fabulously for me! I was getting hot flashes (literally I felt like I was burning alive from the inside out) 3-4 times an hour. At night, I was getting about 3 hours of sleep, often waking up in full out sopping sweat. I couldn't function the way I wanted at work and home, so I tried it. Started getting relief after one week of use and NO hot flashes and much improved sleep after three weeks of use. Definitely recommend.

I wanted this to work so bad
I bought this a month ago and wanted this to work so bad! But sadly it didn’t help at all. I was so hoping to find a natural medicine to help
