Re-Nutriv and customer support?

I love this product. My skin loves this product. I always order in sufficient time to receive a new bottle before the current bottle runs out. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for a replacement bottle. I got a notice back that it is on backorder. I was told 2 weeks. Well, it has been 2 weeks. Now I am hearing 2 - 4 weeks before it can be shipped??? What is going on??? Can I get this from a department store?? I seriously love this stuff and never thought I wouldn't be able to order it?? Please let me know what is going on. Last note I got said I wouldn't receive anything for 2 - 4 weeks???? My replacement order was on 11/24/23. It is now the evening of December 6th. Last message from the robot said 2 - 4 weeks before it would be sent? What's going on??? If you don't have the product, you need to advise customers that isn't available? Please respond or contact me and let me know what is going on.....?
