bottle delivered EMPTY

Bottle was delivered without a seal and was EMPTY!!! I read a bunch of reviews that stated theirs had leaked. But the package didn’t appear to be soiled or damp.

Great if u have very dry lips.

Been trying everything to not have dry lips. This seems to be the answer, put it on right before bed and my lips are not dry when I wake up, yay. They do get dry during the day and use a lip repair.

BAD packing

The product is a 2 to me it dries very fast does not last enough it only feels good when the product is applied does not leave lips sofr for long after it dries packing is the worst part even if the container is in an upright position it still manages to drip out and makes a mess where ever is placed very disappointing half my product was wiped off the counter and not placed on my lips

package & quality needs improvement

Not worth the price. It was very difficult to open. If it was closed too tight I would have to bite it to get it open. If I closed it a little looser it would spill and leak all over my bag. At first glance it does have an oil like consistency however, I find myself having to reapply within minutes. That really isn’t convenient. This unfortunately isn’t the product quality I anticipated for the price.

Horrible

I've trusted Estee Lauder forever so even though I read a few bad reviews, I listened to the majority being good. But no. My lips became so dry, so cracked and even scabbed that I've had to go to lengths to find a solution. In the end, Aesop saved me. My theory is that all of us with bad reactions might have had filler? I've had filler so thats why I'm thinking it. Either way, I'd love to return the product and get my money back. Is there a way to do that please?
