Smells good

Never failed to amaze me with the fragrance smell. I no love how the smell lasts all day, I don’t have to re spray. I received compliments from co workers.

Purchase in the store

Estée Lauder Pleasures is my absolute favorite! I really love this fragrance — it’s soft, fresh, and long-lasting. It always brings me joy and gets compliments. However, I had a disappointing experience. The Macy’s app mentioned that a gift comes with the purchase of this perfume, but the store staff said there was no gift and were very careless in their attitude — they told me, “If you want it, buy it. If not, don’t.” That kind of service was very disappointing. I still bought the perfume because I love it so much, but I hope Macy’s takes note and improves their customer service.
