Highly Recommend!
Very pleased with the entire line of products I purchased at the Alderwood Mall Macy's. Ilse (who demonstrated all the products and did my make-over was a true pro) and Sally was a knowledgeable assistant! They made the experience both informative and fun--and I did not feel pressured to purchase. If I had felt pressure, I probably wouldn't have done it because I don't like when salespeople do that. A great experience with a great set of products.

Lightweight hydration in a bottle!
Adding this stuff as a base to any line of Este Lauder regimens really levels up your skincare game. Adding it to my routine has absolutely has made a difference. It is my first step after cleansing and it gives the perfect amount of lightweight hydration without any greasy feeling. It is a perfect neutral, it lightly moisturizes my dry skin in the winter and lightly tones my dewey/humid skin in the summer. I feel that it gives my skin a perfectly balanced base for the other products to work more effectively. I follow it with the ANR serum and then a cream. Application of this product is the only part I had to figure out, as it is only slightly more viscous than pure water, it leaves you with only a couple options. I tried cotton rounds at first, but I feel like I am wasting precious product that gets left behind in the pad. Pouring it in my hand and dab it on my face also felt weird. I ended up buying an empty glass dropper bottle from a dollar store and filled it from my big bottle of Micro Essence. Dispense drips directly on face (one quadrant at a time because it is so thin) and use clean fingertips to massage into the skin. I feel it stretches the longevity of the bottles because there are zero drops wasted.
