Este Lauder eye shadows

I loved the sales lady at the Este Lauder she was such great help. She suggested this eye shadow pallet and I love it. It goes on super smooth and the colors transfer perfect colors!

Beautiful compact. Sad eyeshadow.

I wanted to love this because the packaging is beautiful. Sadly, and similar to other reviewers, this shadow has hardly any color payout at all. It was shocking how much I had to layer on just to get any color to show up at all. The blue and green seem so vibrant, but basically disappear on my skin. I'm fair skinned, but I don't think that should make a difference. 2 stars is for the packaging only, the shadow was unfortunate.

Beautiful Compact, Sad eyeshadow

I am giving this palette 3 stars only because I LOVE the compact it comes in. Sadly, the shades have hardly ANY color payout, and after only a few hours of wearing it the shadow was completely gone. I tried the matte and shimmer shades, and had to layer upon layer just to get the smallest color to show up on my eyelids. Such a disappointment, I wanted to love this. I am fair skinned so maybe others will have better luck.

Good colours

I have blue eyes and always end up buying the same colour eye shadow.This palette introduces shades for all occasions without my having to think.I have used them all and the sparkle ones in the evening. The glitter does not drop off on to my cheekbones. I am sure if you tried you could get a high glamour look,but applied lightly I think they are very tasteful and age appropriate.
