Disappointed

I received my necklace on. May. 21, 2024 Overall looks great craftsmanship was on point. I wore the necklace 8 times since then and today it decided to break on me where the clasp locks in It looks like it might’ve have come apart or unglued disappointed because I cannot return it since it’s only 30 days protection/Warranty upon purchase date.

Broken within 45 days

Worst jewelry purchase I ever made. Clasp broke the day I purchased it. I returned it for another, and the new one completely snapped while in the shower on vacation. I'll stick with Effy from now on. They register your jewelry, and will repair if an issue like this happens. I'm very disappointed 😞
