Thank God for Ms Amy!!!

I said I was not going to order anything else from Macy's after my biggest disappointment I got on December 11th when my special needs son woke me up telling me and showing me a picture of a Adidas outfit that hee wanted for Christmas. So I got on line and placed the order on Macy's website. It was a 3 piece Adidas outfit jacket shirt and pant red with white stripes. After all the run around from your customer service from December 17 to January 17th nothing! I had to come into the store and ask for a store manager and I am very thankful for Ms Amy who listened to my special needs son not receiving what he wanted for Christmas! Ms Amy went into action finding a computer and reordering the 3 piece Adidas outfit. My special needs son crying on Christmas morning was a big disappointment and I told myself I was done with ordering from Macy's until I took a look at the Men's jewelry and saw the bracelets(2) that wanted to wear to complete my look for my 50th class reunion in September of this year. They are awesome and will compliment my other jewelry that I am wearing that night! Thank you for taking time out to read my review but must importantly thank you for your Ms Amy at your Richmond Chesterfield Town Center Mall.
