Not happy

I never received the merchandise, which I ordered on 02/14/2025, then I received an email stating the merchandise was returned 02/28/2025. Had to contact customer service numerous times to get my Macy's credit card credited for the return item. Macy's customer serce employees are kind, but there are some language difficulties. This whole process has been horrible.

Love my clothes and customer service

Customer service is great. I bought the necklace for my husband and the cheer department and best sales lady to work with. Excellent. The sales person in the boys department at checkout was excellent. Also, I just love this place

DONT BUY!!

I got this for my husband for Christmas and it has already turned. For the price it shouldn’t do this. Worst and embarrassing purchase every!

STUNNING & ON SALE

The set I purchased is absolutely STUNNING! It is 14k gold over sterling silver so it’s solid (heavy) vs hallow gold. It is 5mm so it’s thick, necklace 22”-bracelet 8.5.” The finish is diamond cut which gives that shine/sparkle. It was on sale & I purchased the 3 year Macys worry free insurance if there are any future issues. I’m sure he’ll feel special & get many compliments.
