Returned it

i loved the boot but I thought it had a side zipper. Too difficult to remove boot off your foot so i returned the item

Challenged fit

The design of the shoe is appealing but the reality of fitting into it is very challenging. Since there are no zippers, I could not get my feet in. Further, it is advertised as 2 1/4 " heel but it is in fact 3 1/4". I originally bought four pairs but returned three of them. I gave the last pair to a girlfriend who has narrow feet and she is quiet happy with them. I would suggest that the advertised verbiage be change to correctly describe the design and so medium width feet women can better decide whether they should buy the product or not. Getting the shoe on was near impossible for me.

Soiled boots

I love the boots however I received them with a large stain on the inside of the boot. And they were a gift from my aunt. I sent an email to customer service about my experience & I have not received a reply.

It was hard to put on, wish it has a zipper on the side.

Nice

I always buy boots a half size larger than I buy my shoes. So these fit perfectly.
