Terrible espresso machine - started leaking water

I was really happy when bought this, but I should have read the reviews - this machine started leaking water 13 months after I bought it and judging by the reviews on the web it’s a problem with all of them what a waste of money!!! DON’T buy this product!

Had this for 1 year strong

Just buy it, you wont find a machine that saves you time and makes this good of coffee. I've tried multiple automatic espresso machines this one does the job, makes coffee perfectly as you'd get done manually but without the hassle. The taste is perfect and consistent every single time, It's super well engineered, with less moving parts and simple and easy to clean. My past machines were Breville, Terra Kaffe and Nespresso pods but this by far is the best of all of them.

Broke in 3 months

This machine is cheap. It broke in less than 3 months of use. Customer support has been useless. Don't waste your money on this.

Effortless perfection!

We’ve had this machine for over 5 years now. We love it! Aside from the aesthetics which compliments our kitchen beautifully, this machine makes an effortless quality espresso. We love the ability to make multiple shots at once as well as the americano setting. This machine creates a beautiful “crema” like you would find at a cafe in Italy. If you want more water no problem just add more using the water setting. The built in frothier is also a nice touch. Best of all the clean up is quick and easy! No fussing with messy grounds anymore. I can never go back to using another machine! Highly recommended !

Ten out out ten would recommend

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to for this beautiful machine. It’s fast, easy and the coffee comes out tasty and hot. I usually do two espresso shots, froth some milk and make easy cappuccinos. I’ve had a few friends already buying it bc they love the taste & simplicity of this wonderful machine! Definitely recommended

Great buy !

My parents have owned this machine for 6 years now, and they absolutely love it. They even take it with them on road trips! They’ve never had any maintenance issues, so I finally decided to get one for myself. Took me long enough! Now I see why they’re so obsessed with it. It makes a real cup of coffee super fast and is very easy to clean.

BEST COMPACT FULLY AUTOMATIC ESPRESSO MACHINE

Had to write a review after I read some of these low level reviews. Seems others are not using correctly. i have had my machine for 2 years now from Macys and use and love it everyday. With others saying they get the BEAN light on. I dont think that is correct. It is the dump box they are mixing it up with. They need to pull the tray and drawer forward with the unit on and empty the dump box and then push back in and it will reset. If the brew unit is slanted, they did not allow it to complete its cycle. Put the side door back on and turn on and let it do the complete startup and then the brew unit will be veritcal. I plan to buy a few of these as gifts this holiday season as all my friends and family who come over love this unit.
