GROSS Sent me used item

I should have listen to the review. I just received my item and they sent me a USED shaver with hair still intacted. Not only is this unsanitary but now I have take this item back to Macy's for a refund. Should have just went to the store instead of trusting a new item would be shipped to me. I had to give a rating...if up to me would have been negative 0
