very versatile

I have tried many brands of cookware but I must say this brand Epicurious really helps to me perfect my cooking. Many people may not have tried this brand but trust me it so so so worth it. A plus of having glass covers.

Initial bad review but will investigate further

Besides the typical covid-19 and holiday season excuses for the HORRIBLY delayed shipping, I finally received this pan a day ago after ordering it December 23rd. I decided to wash it out today and use it for a first time. Immediately I noticed their was a deep scratch in the pan that appears to be more of a manufacture default than a return that was used and possibly scratched by someone else. In either case, after the long wait, the pan is damaged. I will try to use it to see if it is safe so I can at least provide you all with a review based on the skillet's performance as I believe that is the fair thing to do when one is giving a review. I think poor reviews are silly when a person writes them just because they are mad and lack emotional control. This could be the best skillet I have used as far as I know. Given that, I will try it first. Stand by.
