Order

I was calling customer service to follow up on my order as I did not received this order at all.It says on the way and does not provide any tracking details at all.so I’m not sure if its still on the way or was losts in transit or either they deliver it somewhere else which I doubt as I received the rest of my orders except this one and the other size I ordered.

So I placed an order on this item dated NoV 27, 2024 just so it will arrived on time for the holiday.tracking my order still on the way with DoorDashlink tracking number od 2376426258 and my card was charged already but up till now did not received the goods yet. knowing that it was lost on the transit or something I placed another order Dec 13,2024 and it provided me another DoorDashlink tracking number of 239021177 and it says they delivered it in Dec 16,2024 but with no other tracking details whatsoever and yet did not received the orders.check my neighbors as well but items not found
