Cute coat/feels thinly insulated

This coat is cute for my granddaughter who likes bright (quirky) patterns and colors. The sizing is accurate. My only concern is that it doesn’t look like a very warm coat. My granddaughter lives in Alaska so this coat may not be warm enough.
