Best I’ve Found

I’ve used several brands of digestive enzymes for my lactose intolerance, and this is by far the best I’ve found. Because it includes enzymes for other foods, too, it covers a lot of issues. I highly recommend this brand.

Lacto has changed my life!! I used to have bloatin

Lacto has changed my life!! I used to have bloating, gas, and sometimes diarrhea, after eating dairy. Since I started taking Lacto, no more issues!! I can eat pizza or grilled cheese and go somewhere shortly after. (I used to need to stay near the bathroom!) Thank you for this product.
