engraved heart necklace

it is beautiful to look at however I was unable to close the locket due to it being bent. I had wanted to enclose a picture was unable.

cheap looking

Not very satisfied at all. This was a Christmas gift! Looks nothing like the picture! I will be going and exchanging it day after Christmas!!
