Broke after wearing it two days

Broke after wearing it two days. I bought this as a gift for Christmas and you would think it being 14k gold it would be durable. After wearing it to sleep, the necklace broke. I gave two starts because at least customer service was responsive and allowed me to get the necklace replaced or fixed for no charge.

Chain is trash - don't buy

This chain was supposed to be a special First Communion gift for my godson and the first day he tried to wear it, it broke into 3 pieces. It's trash, do not buy it. This was absolutely embarrassing.

Beautiful cross!

This cross has fine, subtle engraving. The yellow gold is a beautiful bright yellow color. It feels a little light in weight, but strong and substantial. It's a good deal in my opinion because you get the charm AND a 20" rope chain. I gave it as a confirmation gift to a 13-year-old boy and he really loved it.

Broken Chain

I bought it as a communion present for my godson. It looked very nice but the chain was broke. Macy’s did refund money without a hassle.

Broke within a single week and every jewelry store around me said it was too thing to fix. DO NOT BUY THIS!
