Disappointed

I was really looking forward to receiving this dress. Then I received an email stating that my order had been canceled. I looked at the reason why and it said sold out but when I went back to try to buy it again it allowed me to put it in my cart, but it was no longer on sale. Very confusing, point is I never received it which was very disappointing.
