I love mine..

It is just a beautiful piece, so well made and the size is perfect. Yes I too received mine with the chain that is so delicate all knotted up and it took an hour or so to untangle it. I have a larger chain that I planned to use with this pendant and they go together so well. A little trick to help when you get a knotted up chain is put a little oil on it, a safety pin to pull the chain and mostly a magnifier to zoom in see where the knot is. Works every time.

Tangled

Every time I buy necklace from Macys, it is always tangled. This necklace was hard to untangle. It took me 35 min. If you are inpatient person, you may break this necklace. The necklace and top is very thin but it's cheap. What you paid is what you get. I am thinking about keeping it.

Beautiful!

This is such a gorgeous pendant that looks in real life as it does here. The chain itself, at 18", may be a bit short, but that's easily fixed. Otherwise, it made for a beautiful gift.

Not worth it

I don't understand why these come all tangled but 2 out of 2 horribly tangled mess.
