I love the pendant! The chain is TOO THIN! The chain kept knotting. I'm going to have to get a new chain

Pretty, but

I purchased this pendant necklace as a gift for my cousin's birthday. She loves it. However, the chain was crimped and she had to pay a jeweler to straighten it out. The necklace should not have been shipped in this condition.
