A Very Happy Client_Quality and Affordability
I was back and forth on if I wanted to purchase the matching dresser to my bed. When saw my options, Macy’s made it difficult to choose between the standard dresser and the offered taller version. When I saw the standard dresser I had to have it due to it is not as bulky as I had expected from the photo. My purchase was made at Macy’s Home Store in Costa Mesa and I highly recommend asking for Denise to assist with any purchases. (I’ve been back twice since and had found her for assistance. She is a valuable asset to the Macy’s sales team.) My dresser fits perfectly in my master suite and the velvet lined drawers plus the large dresser capacity blows me away. My overall experience was exceptional, the sales price was right at my price point, and I will continue to visit Denise for any future purchases.

Looks great
Bought for guest bedroom and love the look. Delivery was on time and very efficient. Would consider buying from Macy’s again due to the excellent customer service

Nice finish, thick wood and beautiful set.
The finish is a beautiful dark brown/black. The wood is very thick and it's made very well. I am very happy with this bedroom set.

Exactly what we were looking for... except
After searching for months at all the big name furniture stores this was one of the few furniture lines that met all of the criteria that we were looking for our master bedroom; a high quality, solid wood piece with a real stain and finish on it, not made of particle board and not a veneer finish on it. After seeing the different pieces in person at Macy's, it looks even better than it does online so we purchased the king bed frame, chest, dresser and 2 night stands to outfit our master bedroom. After reading the reviews on this furniture I was even more inclined to purchase the set as some of the reviews say that this set is hand made in Nevada by American workers on a salary etc... This is NOT the case. Upon delivery EVERY box that was opened and brought in our home specifically said MADE IN VIETNAM. Not made in America. This was so disappointing to learn and to read the review on the Macy's site it would almost be a case of false advertising except that it was a review made by a third party and not a claim by Macy's.

Nice Rustic Piece
I was shopping for a dining room set (see my review) and was also in the market for a new dresser. The salesman suggested this dresser, as I mentioned a preference for solid wood, and I'm glad I took it. First of all, it is solid wood. Second, it looks great. Third, it has nice deep drawers on rollers that open and close smoothly and completely. Lastly, the manufacturer is based in Nevada, where all of the pieces are made, and they pay their workers a living wage and offer complete benefits, Definitely the type of company that I want to support.
