Not comfortable to sit on this sofa

We have owned this sofa for 2 months and I find that the back of the seat cushion is very uncomfortable. The back cushions leave the imprint of your back and I don't care for that! The leather itself seems fine. We have had other leather couches from Macys and they are great....this is not.

Very bad service

The company delivered the furniture damaged. They scheduled an exchange. The furniture came with just the arm only. Another exchanged was scheduled and only the middle part of the sofa came . Another exchanged was scheduled after 2 months. They never apologized. Customer service inputted incorrect information several times which also prolonged the exchange. Managers were very difficult to get. Spent lots of days and hours on the phone with customer service who ultimately could not help me. Worst service I ever experienced.

The company cannot deliver this item. They have wasted months and months, and keep on scheduling deliveries and refuse to deliver on that day.
