Warehouse does not ship correct items

I wear Elomi Cate bras size US 40 G. The people in the warehouse do not know the difference between UK and US sizes. Both bras sent were 40i-two cup sizes too big. If I wanted the UK size I would have ordered 40F. I returned the items to my nearest Macy's. I showed the woman working the counter my order, one of my current bras and the fact that the two bras sent were the wrong size. She refunded my order and suggested that she put a reorder in for me since the price had changed. I do not have high hopes that the right size will be shipped. If I have to return the new order, you can be sure I will not return to Macy's. When getting my refund, I was asked to put in my email to receive a 25% off coupon ( I assumed because it was an inconvenience to return the items) and that coupon has not been emailed. The store was pretty devoid of shoppers and I went to lingerie department and the bras were a mess.

Big boob beauty

I like the cups are large and I feel supported. The material is a bit stiff though, hopefully it will soften with washing
