Cushions Do Not Hold Up
My review was taken down so I'm writing another one. These are the lowest quality cushions I have seen on a couch. They sag, wrinkle and look frumpy! The seating cushions leave imprints where each person sat. The back pillows sag down. The decorative cushions look smooshed and flat. While the couch was on back-order, I read all the reviews and decided to cancel my order. I came into the store and the salesperson talked me out of canceling it. He said he would sell this couch to his sister, that it was high quality. I wish I would have stuck to my guns and not been bullied by a greedy salesperson.

Reviewing 9 YRS LATER
I'm only reviewing this because I'm about to move States and am planning on buying a new sofa and needed to find the original specs and I decided I wanted to review it to give the most authentic long-term review. I purchased this sofa 9 years ago. It has been absolutely spectacular and it's been the perfect sofa for napping and I'm the pickiest sleeper. It's endured I have no clue how many dogs at this point, many moves, and hundreds of gatherings. I got a beige color and it's held up very well with stains except for a few that I probably didn't get to as soon as I should have. I've had multiple German shepherds and you can rarely see their shedding. My only complaint at this point is about a year and a half ago when my sofa was a little over 7 years ago the bottom cushions started dipping in and it's become a little uncomfortable on my lower back. Additionally I wish there was the option to replace one off pillows and inserts.

Don't do it
This sectional started falling apart from day one. The framing in the ottoman collapsed within the first week, the cushions are junk and the fabric is falling apart. It is cheaply made and the seams have just pulled apart, We had pet damage, and when we put in a claim that is supposed to be covered, it was denied. All around, it's been a huge disappointment. We've never had a piece of furniture so terrible.

Recommend.
Some confusing as to what “facing” meant so we had to change the order. Very comfortable, beautiful color.

Do Not Recommend
We've had this couch for about 2 years now. Overall, its fairly comfortable, but looks very sloppy. A few months after delivery, the back cushions squished down and we were unable to get them back to their original shape. More recently, one of the back cushion slipcovers split open at the seam from someone putting pressure on it. This was not covered by the warranty as it was considered "normal wear".

OWNER SINCE 2020 - We love our Elliot!!
OWNER SINCE 2020 - We love our Elliot II 138" Sectional! Considering it for our basement remodel. We chose to order it in Jonathan Louis - Fabric Thrillist, Color: Parchment (in-store at Macy's) and its held up great (toddler and Labrador approved!) The back pillows just need some re-fluffing every once in awhile (just remove stuffing from cover, fluff and re stuff). Highly recommend Bissell handheld carpet cleaner for cleaning!

Beautiful sectional, but don’t recommend. I’ve only had it for 5 months and too many loose strings that one cover has multiple holes, it squeezes on one area and the its hard to get the pull out bed or put away. I did not get insurance assuming it would be great quality. This has been my biggest purchase ever usually buy second hand, it also took me 3-4 months to even make the decision to buy it. Now I am very disappointed, frustrated and angry.
