bad shape when receied

I have pictures. The package was torn open the comforter has holes in it also stained. It was supposed to be a Xmas present. PLEASE Help...

Not worth buying

Poor quality . Doesn’t look like it will wash well.

It is fully washable, and when washed according to the instructions in cold water on a gentle cycle and dried on low or air dry, it maintains its loft and softness.

Your comment about it not washing well is an assumption, as this comforter is designed to withstand proper laundering. Many customers use and wash it regularly with no issues.
