Doesn’t have a good fit
The mattress pad I got was for a king bed. The fit was not good. The elastic was loose and the mattress pad got bunched up because it had such a loose fit

Very Unhappy
I did not notice when I purchased this pad that there was nothing said about whether or not it was "machine dry-able." The instructions on the pad itself said to dry at "low heat" or "no heat." I chose "delicate" on my dryer. The backing of the pad melted bunching it up so it wouldn't lay flat. In order to make it lay flat, I had to rip the backing, rendering the pad useless.

UGH
The strap broke 1st try of putting on my mattress! Not good quality! Picture misleading too!

Misleading picture
The picture is very misleading. It is not fluffy and big and soft. It’s a standard mattress pad.
