We’re sorry to hear that your Allergy-Free Dust Mite Mattress Protector didn’t hold up as expected. Quality and durability are extremely important to us.

To better understand the issue, we’d love to know more about how the protector was laundered. As stated on our Care Tag Instructions, this item should be washed on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and tumble dried on low heat. High heat or harsh washing conditions can break down protective materials and will cause the issues you’ve described.
