Beautiful dress 👗

Item never received now being charged

I ordered this dress and never got it. So, I called customer service for a replacement. They assumed me they had noted the first shipment wasn't received and they replaced them in a second order. I got the second shipment but didn't like them for the occasion. So, I returned the second shipment. Now, Macy's is charging me for items I didn't get and are asking me to prove it. HOW??!!

the dress is heavy to wear. Not recommended for summer, you might sweat. Overall the dress looks good.
