bought a second one

I used it for two years, I’m very pleased. Now the price is good, I decided to buy a new one.

Good tea kettle!

We like this glass kettle, but there had a problem, because we connect power all the time, I guess other people do too. So every time after use, I put kettle back to stand it will automatic on for a while. I think the there could make an improvement, don't let itself on till user push the on button.

Will not recommend

Fist 2 months work well. But After 3 months not working anymore .only heat up water until 194 than led light turn off automatically. Control panel breakdown.

The Best Ever

This is absolutely the best electric kettle I have ever had - and I've used them for several decades. It's fast, gets to 212 degrees in a couple of minutes. I love it, getting ready to order another one for the bedroom for those mornings when I don't want to head to the kitchen for the 1st cup of tea.

Perfect kettle

Bought this product when it was on sale. I really like it. It has 4 different temperatures. And the appearance is pretty. Different colors for different temperatures. I also like that it boils water very quickly. You can see the temperature changing on it the whole time. I sometime use it as a container just to make tea.

Disapointment

It was a part of my wedding registry, Haven't used it a while that is why I do not have a receipt. Then used for a few months. Was great while it lasted. Stopped working suddenly, so disappointed.

Quit after 4 months.

It was a great idea while it lasted. I loved having my water just the right temperature.

Utterly Disappointing ... It Did Not Last!

It just gave up working exactly a year and a few days after purchase. I plugged it in for my usual cup of morning tea and it was dead. It is too late to return it so I have resorted to using the 14 year old one I kept around for rainy days. What a complete and utter disappointment!
