disappointed

The item worked great for about 5 month, then completely stopped working. I have reached out to the company as directed, giving all the information required. I called and spoke to someone, still waiting for a responce back.

Fits a 9 x 12 pan!

I bought this oven because my main oven was broken.i am so pleased with this oven i used it for about a year even after i got my oven fixed. it fits all of my standard baking dishes even my 9x12. it does get a little hot while cooking but that is my oly issue with it. i would totalky buy it again

I purchased this countertop oven for extra cooking capacity for large family gatherings. It can fit two 10 in. by 14 in. baking pans with room to spare. There are 4 positions to place the two oven racks. To my surprise I found that I use it frequently cooking for 1 or 2 people It cooks and heats food well. The knobs make it easy to use, I prefer the bell to a buzzer when time is up. The inner light allows you to see the food that is cooking. This has been an excellent purchase.

It's not what I expected

I was excited about this oven. I had an old small toaster oven that only worked on one setting. The first thing I tried was rotisserie chicken. The oven got extremely hot—that was okay, it's winter in an old, cold house—and the kitchen filled with smoke. I had to open the doors. So, I can't use the rotisserie function again unless I want to take it outside to use it. Following the instructions, the chicken was overcooked on the outside and pretty raw on the inside. So, I baked it for 45 minutes. That part worked okay. I'm not sure how it will perform on other things. That is yet to be seen. But, I am disappointed. I wish I could send it back.
