Complete GARBAGE!

I purchased this electric knife and today was the first opportunity that I had to try it. I charged it and made some Tri-tip on the grill. When I tried to use it, it works but DOESN'T cut into the meat! This was delivered to me on August 19, 2023 and when I looked online, it's saying "This item(s) return window closed on Sep. 18, 2023". UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!! I guess next time I'll shop for an electric knife elsewhere. I'm truly bummed and disgusted right now. All the reviews were good, maybe they used the electric knife to cut into a soft banana but definitely not meat and it doesn't have enough power to cut through the meat even though it's thoroughly charged!

Last year I bought this when my vintage one retired. It works really well. I use it every day and the charge lasts a very long time.

Love this knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old (ancient actually) electric carving knife that my mother gave me shortly after I moved out on my own (1998 maybe?). It’s one of those things that works well enough that I never thought of replacing since I used it so infrequently. This cordless knife is a complete game changer! I use it all the time since I don’t have to drag a cord all over the counter and find a spare outlet when I need to use it. I find myself picking it up to use it all the time. It is much more quiet than my old knife so that’s a huge bonus. It works really well on bread.
