Not what I expected from a Rice Cooker Burns your rice no matter how you try to time it.

Hello,

It is recommended to rinse rice to remove excess bran and starch. Rinse your rice in the inner pot until the water is clear. For softer rice, let it soak in water for 10-20 minutes.

Burns food

I will not buy this brand again. It burns food. The auto switch off doesn't work.

Lid does not work

The top blew out water from the steam spot. I will not buy this brand again
