A little bulky but worth it

Good for beginners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It will definitely take some getting used to. I tried to dehydrate some fresh Cuban oregano (as in I clipped the leaves off of my own plants and immediately placed them on the dehydrator). It didn't do so well. Maybe because this herb is almost like a succulent, but it dried out but was still soft after almost 8 hrs on the recommended temp. This dehydrated is a good starter size with the 5 shelves that appear to be 10x10s. The plastic does seem fragile, so I'll always be very careful with handling

Great

Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't wait to use this. The size is a bit smaller than I anticipated however it work great for just wanting to smaller batches. I like that it's clear making it easy to see what your dehydrating. I like that it has temp control since some things need a different temp to cook at. Overall I'm liking it!!

Great value

Good starter machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a bit of trail and error for me. I have never used a dehydrator so I have been learning with this machine. A great and low cost machine to learn with. I am sure some of the issues I have had have been user error.
