Nice little blender

This is just that, a nice little blender. I got mine as a free gift about 4 years ago. It just died on me today so I'm going to replace it. It's not a great blender but it does do a good job. You need to be patient using it. Blend in short intervals not all at once continuously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Elite Cuisine 17 Piece Personal Drink Blender with 4 x 16oz. Travel Cups EPB-1800 and my family and I love it. My kids use it to make milkshakes or smoothies so easy to use. Definitely would buy again.

It's an ok blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender is just ok. I don't think it would be a good long term blender. Pros: 1) It has a lot of cup sizes with it. This is convenient if you want to make various sizes of smoothies. Although, the biggest one is only big enough for maybe two people tops. 2) It comes with the lids, so the cups can be easily converted in to travel cups. Cons: 1) A lot of the cups have the foam grips. Personally, I don't like them. They seem out of place to me. 2) It's nice that there's a lot of cup options, but it's really hard to store. It takes up a ton of space. I don't make smoothies every day, so I actually put all the cups away except two. 3) It was hard to get a good smooth smoothie. Plus, I couldn't even get it to blend well the first time I used it. The more I used, the more I figured out steps I need to take to make sure it blends ok. I don't really have the patience to do five or six separate steps to make sure it actually gets blended well though. 4) I don't think it will work super long. There was a burnt plastic smell after blending for less than five minutes. Also, it makes sounds basically all the time that sound like it is breaking. I had trouble getting the cup snapped in to the blender bottom as well. So if the blender itself doesn't break, I feel like I will break the cups trying to get them on. Overall, this is an ok blender. If you really need one that is affordable, it'll do the job. It's just not a great blender for long term use.

Not Worth the Hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this product in anticipation of the new year. I wanted to start 2021 with healthy resolutions and I was really hoping that this personal blender would make this goal a reality. I own a full size blender and it works great but it takes up too much counter space. I chose this product because it is smaller in size and it appeared powerful enough to make simple smoothies. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this personal blender and I prefer to use my full size blender instead. My biggest problem with this product is that it is too small. I know that it is made for single size servings but it doesn't even make a serving size that is satisfying enough for my toddler. I can only fill the blending cup 75% so that there is room for the ingredients to blend. The blending cups are plastic and they appear to be cheaply made and flimsy. I would prefer for them to be glass instead. I have only used this blender for smoothies and milkshakes. Every time I attempted to make a simple drink I ended up making a huge mess due to poor product design. I would like to try a challenging ingredient like nuts or ice but I honestly don't think that this tiny appliance could hand the work load.I have washed all non electrical parts in the dishwasher with any problems which is the only benefit to this product. With all of the accessories required with this appliance it ends up being a hassle to use and I usually just end up reaching for my larger blender instead. I would only recommend this product if you want a cheap and small appliance for fresh, not frozen, smoothies only.

Does its job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive my new Elite Cuisine Personal Drink Blender. I love that it comes w travel mugs and lids. It is very convenient for on the go person like me who has no time for washing extra dishes. I also like the small cup it comes with. I usually use that one to puree onions or other ingredients. It does a great job chopping and pureeing things. There are two things that I dislike about this blender. It only has a pulse power button, and you have to hold it to turn it on. I wish they actually made it w an on/off switch. Another thing that I dislike is that my cups do not lock in at the base. It locks it in until I start the blender; after it starts working, it slowly slides out and makes the blender shut off. The only way to make it work is always to hold the cup in place (w one hand) and hold a pulse button w another. It is not a big deal but smth that needs improvement.

Great blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had similar items from other brands and really enjoyed this one. The different pieces allow flexibility for all of my different cooking and blending needs. I like being able to make a smoothie and drink it in the same cup (less cleaning) as well as make my own baby food. It’s also so easy to clean!

Good for making individual smoothies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been making smoothies with a large blender, but there's always a significant amount of wastage. With this personal blender, you're mixing directly in the cup, so you're not losing anything transferring from the blender. The lids screw on and the cap clips snugly, so I don't have any concerns of the cup leaking or spilling. The only downside I've encountered is that ingredients can stick to the bottom of the cups and it can be difficult to get them to fall into the blades when inverted on the blender.
