Terrible smell

I just received in mail. Opened lid and got a hit of a very strong rancid smell. Gave it 3 stars but that might not be correct. Given the smell, I'm not sure I can use the mask long enough to form an opinion. One of the things I love about Elemis is the scent, which instantly relaxes me. Not this product!

Much more drying than I had hoped!

I had hoped this eye cream would be much thicker based on the excellent reviews. Maybe I got a bad batch, but mine feels nice going on, but the second it dries it makes the area feel extremely dry around my eyes.

Amazing Eye Cream!!

An eye cream that actually does what it says it will do!! Smooths out the lines. It’s refreshing in a very refreshing way when applied in the morning. And comforting when put on in the evening. You can put on a nice layer to sink in. You only need a tiny bit of product (thank goodness, as it’s so crazy expensive!) I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and hardly any has gone. My second Elemis product. I received the marine cream for Christmas, also gorgeous. But this is my first purchase and I can’t say I regret it!!

Didn't live up to the hype

I purchased this in late 2023, 2 of them actually, one being a gift for someone. The texture is sticky and left my eyes irritated, so much that I it took days to recover from the irritation. To describe the odor of the Eye Revive Mask, rancid. A complete disappointment for what I consider a rather expensive purchase, especially since jar #2 was only opened to check the odor (no better than jar #1) since I decided not to gift the product as originally intended.

Something changed

I have been using this product for a few years now and I recently repurchased. The formula must have changed: the texture of the product is not as smooth and it has a chemical smell. I returned and repurchased another thinking it was sitting on the shelf too long, but sadly the second one was the same. I will not be repurchasing.
