Wrong color

I ordered a teal bedspread and received a navy blue. I was having guest over and it wasn’t what I expected . Unfortunately I couldn’t return it as I wouldn’t be able to get something else on time .

Disgusting!! Rat feces in box!!

Seriously. How can Macys partner with a vendor like this? I ordered online. Once received, I opened the box, pulled out the shrink wrapped item and it was covered in dung. The plastic, the warranty card, the bottom of the box. I have never been so shocked and disgusted. I would upload a photo if that was an option. Just horrific.
