Delivered to wrong City and State!

Unfortunately I can not rate this product because it was sent to South Carolina instead of Massachusetts. I have been ordering from Macy’s and have never had an issue like this happen? I cannot recommend this device because I would have to book a flight to South Carolina to use it…not gonna happen. Perhaps customer service can call me? Waiting on hold is worse than waiting in line at the airport!
